Will We Have a Civil War in America?

From 1861 to 1865, the United States lost 600,000 citizens in a bloody, barbaric war that saw farmers and regular folks sacrifice their lives for political and social reasons. One side wore blue and the other gray and the geographical boundaries were fairly well established.

Talk of a second “Civil War” is misleading and often vague in its explanation of the combatants, the stage or the trigger.

Will there be blood in America’s streets, either leading up to the election, or just afterwards?  It is a given.

Steep Increase in Gun Sales Sets the Stage

From January through the end of July, there were 12.1 million legal guns sold in the U.S. according to statistics maintained by the National Shooting Sports Foundation.(NSSF).

According to a report by the association; “NSSF surveyed firearm retailers which reported that 40 percent of sales were conducted to purchasers who have never previously owned a firearm.”

The study went on to say: “NSSF surveys revealed that 58 percent of firearm purchases were among African American men and women, the largest increase of any demographic group.”

Here is why these statistics are concerning; the leaders of many anarchist groups have threatened publicly that they plan to “start shooting back.”  This oft-repeated statement assumes that police and conservatives are already shooting at them. There is little factual, statistical evidence that this is happening. Even the death of George Floyd, which triggered nationwide protests and riots, is beginning to look more like a fentanyl overdose than an asphyxiation resulting from an officer’s knee. Also, the officer’s agency’s training instructs officers to use this very technique when controlling a suspect suffering from “excited delirium.” Mr. Floyd was already complaining that he could not breathe when officers asked him to sit in a police cruiser and he requested to be put on the ground instead.

The combination of legally purchased firearms in record numbers, including by those who have not purchased a gun before, along with the millions of black market and stolen firearms that are in the possession of criminals across the country, will be the tools of those who plan to be “shooting back.”  This record number of guns, that are not meant simply as home-defense weapons, should be the biggest concern to law-abiding people everywhere.

There may be some 2A legal gun owners who have been a part of this massive run on guns, but we know that at least 40% are not. The anarchist groups have armed elements which have voiced their willingness to use guns offensively and these groups have been among the gun buyers this year; maybe a large portion. African-Americans, who have bought more than 7 million guns this year, make up less than 14% of the U.S. population. Many of them, who are BLM leaders, have promised violence in protest speeches in recent months.

There Are Those on the Left Actively Planning for Mass Violence

There is also the the concern with a guidebook put out by another anarchist group with plans to storm the White House and force the president out even if he wins the election. This attempt at an insurrection could touch off an armed conflict. The trial of the officer who restrained Mr. Floyd, if the jury decides on the evidence that the death was a drug overdose, could touch off national, violent riots. A repeat of 2016, with the president winning the electoral college, but not the popular vote, could result in riots and violence.

In suburban areas of Portland and Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, the anarchists are entering neighborhoods that they deem as “white” or more affluent and engaging in intimidation and violence, along with breaking windows and hurling heavy objects into homes, never concerned that they might hit children or others. Homeowners have been hesitant to defend their properties since those who have even picked up their defensive weapons have been arrested by police. The strategy has been to move the violence and destruction from city centers to the suburbs.

This strategy has been articulated in anarchist publications and in speeches and was seen in late May in a mob attack and looting in Scottsdale, Arizona.

From a May 31, 2020 NBC News story:

“As has been seen in New York’s SOHO and Union Square neighborhoods, as well as in L.A.’s Fairfax District, Chicago’s The Loop, and Philadelphia’s Center City neighborhood, some of these actors appear to be specifically targeting more wealthy areas or areas perceived as more wealthy.”

Additionally, former rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has put out the call to the criminal element that “white men like Trump need to be banished.” That can be read as “killed” and is a direct threat and call to violence against both the president and all white males. Diddy is calling for a race war if the president is re-elected.

Anarchist Groups and Democrat Leader on Undercover Video

The justification for violence was just expressed again recently, and caught on undercover video by Project Veritas, when Kristopher Jacks, Denver area Colorado Democratic party Executive Committee and Our Revolution Weld County, Colorado chair stated; ““Want to change this country, with violence…there’s only one way to do it.”; “Guillotines mother f**ker”; “It’s truly killing random Nazis in the street, random f**king bootlickers.”

Keep in mind, what Jacks is referring to are not real Nazi’s, but regular conservatives, patriotic people or Trump supporters.  People like Jacks, and those in his circle, consider anyone in these groups as “Nazi’s” or “fascists” and believes that violence, up to murder, is justified. Jacks says that he loves Antifa because he believes there must be a “militant group.” He says that people should be given the choice to do his party’s bidding or face the guillotine.

Jacks gives more credence to the argument that people on the left are planning mass violence when he says; “They are underestimating how many people on the left are organized, trained, armed and ready to go.”

Organized, Trained, Armed and Ready

That warning is driven home by a 38-page instruction guide for anarchists nationwide that provides chilling details about the violent overthrow of the Trump administration planned by fringe leftwing groups who believe anyone who supports the president, or is conservative, is a “white supremacist.”  Although I have never met an actual “white supremacist,” and I don’t know anyone who has ever met anyone from this population, the anarchists justify mass violence by labeling their enemy in this way. None of the people, who they plan to assault or shoot are actual white supremacists.

This outlines the basis for the coming violence. It puts conservative people on the defense. If there are nationwide killings, in what will appear to be a civil war, it will not be conservative people firing the first shots, but fringe left-wing groups who are planning mass violence ahead of, and on the day of, the election. These are the same groups that have been engaged in violence for several months. They have already murdered at least two conservatives and they are seen more often today carrying firearms.

Also, anarchist groups like “Protect the Results” by mid-October already had 187 riots planned across much of the country to overturn a Trump win and cause mass mayhem and murder. This organization is funded by dark money groups “Stand Up America” and “Invisible Action.” They are aligned with dozens of fringe-left anarchist groups and have developed a narrative that is so divorced from reality that it has programmed their army of followers to believe the polar opposite of factual truth.

The “Civil War” will begin as several shootings, and possibly murders, of conservatives. Because most conservatives, who are gun owners, are both responsible and safety-focused, the initial response will not be retaliation, unless there are armed conservatives who are being shot at. Most conservatives will defer to law-enforcement to respond to the initial killings.

After this, if the shootings and assaults get out of hand, and conservatives are dying without immediate action by law-enforcement, or the civil unrest caused by anarchists is too widespread for law-enforcement to manage, then organized conservative groups will need to respond. This will ratchet up the violence because it will be the first time that both groups will be shooting at each other in exchanges of gun fire.

According to many anarchist sources, these groups have been in “training” and are prepared to launch mass attacks under the guise of “preventing a coup.”  They are also prepared to bring violence to polling places and their guides claim that they will be fighting conservative poll observers. Poll observers are in place to maintain the integrity of an election, but the anarchist groups have convinced their supporters that any conservative observers are interfering with the election and not just stopping potential fraud.

The anarchist groups don’t only consider any conservative, patriotic person or Trump supporter as the enemy, but their propaganda has also called for targeting militia groups. Many of these militias will be in place to protect more rural parts of the country. Most violence will be found in cities and in the suburbs, so direct conflict between anarchist groups and militias is not as likely.

What may be more likely is that former operators; those who have been a part of highly-trained special forces like SEAL’s, Green Berets, Rangers, along with retired Marines, may heed the call to protect innocent people. Those who have honed their skills fighting terrorists in the Middle East and Africa could confront the more violent anarchists. We cannot depend on law-enforcement because in Democrat-controlled cities, the police will be ordered to stand down.

Former military, including groups like the Oath Keepers, may be able to help defend citizens who will be under attack by the anarchist groups nationwide, but they will be spread thin.  The more patriotic groups are not planning on being the instigators of violence or being offensive. One group that I am familiar with have said that they would only ever be defensive and only in the role of protecting people.

 

This is What the War will Look Like

Many left-wing publications, like the Atlantic, have spun the facts and convinced people that the real threat are the conservative groups; not those with 38-page guides to attacking supply chains and disrupting commerce and attacking Trump supporters, which is what the anarchist groups actually have published. All of the formal planning and training for violence around the election can be found among the many hundreds of anarchist groups across the country, including BLM and Antifa and The Disruption Project. They all plan widespread violence and attacks and the forced removal of the president, even if he clearly wins.

So, the answer to  whether or not the U.S. will experience its second Civil War is yes and no. In its most basic definition, a “civil war” is a war between citizens of the same country. By that definition, America will have a civil war. Will it be organized into well-defined sides?  Only on the left will there be organized groups who have trained and prepared for mass civil unrest and violence. There will be sporadic battles across the country that will appear in many forms; police versus anarchists, anarchists attacking people who they perceive to be conservative or supporters of President Trump, possible clashes between anarchists and organized conservative groups and other forms of guerrilla warfare.

Conservatives don’t trust the voting process because they have seen increasing examples of voter fraud nationwide by Democrats. They are also suspect of the mail since mail-in ballots have been found in ditches, the back of semi-truck trailers and in trash bags in front of postal worker’s homes. In states where Democrats run the entire voting process, conservatives do not trust that the process will be handled with integrity and honesty.

Conversely, the fringe left-wing groups have been convinced, without any real evidence, that conservatives are willing to thwart the election process and steal the election or that the president would not leave office if Biden had a decisive win. There is no evidence that this would be true. The anarchist disruption guide instructs agitators across the country to storm the polls and disrupt the process. It also instructs rioters to surround the White House and forcibly remove the president.

More than just a civil war, this will be mass violence across the country that will be instigated by one side of the political spectrum. It will result in many lives lost. Most will be conservatives. Whether or not President Trump has a decisive victory, or the results are like 2016 and he wins the Electoral College, the left will not accept the results and bring America into a period of bloody infighting that will be one of our darkest periods.
