The 1619 Project; Why It Is Misguided

The left believes that America’s history is defined by racism and slavery. They conveniently ignore many historical facts in doing so, such as the Democratic Party having hatched the KKK in 1866 or that the Democrats were also behind the Jim Crow laws. There is an effort by the left and Democrats and the media to attribute all of these things to conservatives or Republicans.

So, in that spirit, it is not a surprise that the New York Times and their 1619 Project would seek to publish new content aimed at revisionist history.  In this PragerU video, Kentucky State University Political Science professor Wilfred Reilly responds to the claims made within the Times 1619 Project.
