New Lt. Governor of Virginia Gives Incredible Speech

Winsome Sears, the first woman and woman of color, to be elected Lieutenant Governor of Virginia gives a great speech after her victory.  The message clearly shows that Virginia is on the road to improvement if the policies of the new Governor and Lt. Governor are enacted. The Marine (and her husband is a Marine), is a person to watch.  She is an optimist, an achiever and a Christian.
