Illegal Alien Just wins $1 Billion Powerball
It’s all a matter of odds and statistics and the unfortunate reality is that someone in the U.S. illegally probably just became a multi-millionaire. This could never happen in any other country. You would not be able to break a country’s laws, display total contempt for that country’s sovereignty and end up rich beyond anyone’s dreams. But, that appears to be what just happened.
In America, in 2023, thanks to a culture and laws controlled by the fringe left, an illegal alien likely just became richer than most anybody in the country as a result of breaking the law and showing complete disrespect for America and its immigration laws.
The winning $1 billion ticket was sold at the Las Palmitas Mini Market store in downtown Los Angeles. The Mexican owner said, in broken English, that most of his customers are Hispanic. The percentage of illegal Hispanics living in the downtown LA area is substantial and provides good reason to believe that the winner is in the U.S. illegally. That is what the odds would indicate.
There are millions of poor and middle-class American citizens who have shelled out hard-earned dollars for the dream of winning this historic jackpot, but instead, someone who walked over the border, with no respect for America’s sovereignty, will pocket the riches. There are no rules preventing them from collecting millions. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement.
In November of last year, a ticket sold at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena, California won $2.04 billion. That jackpot was won by 30-year-old Edwin Castro.
California law does not allow a jackpot winner to remain anonymous, although if the person turns out to be an illegal, you can be sure the California legislature would quickly change that law and the governor would quickly sign it. It is always smoke and mirrors with the left.
Crime pays………….at least, that is the culture the left has built.
